In the winter of 2003, I started making furniture. While the cutting boards are still the main output of the shop, I enjoy making furniture and the different skills and techniques are a welcome change of pace. I made several pieces which sold, and took several orders for custom work. At this time, I have not developed a "line" - I make what I feel like at the time, or what a client will pay me to make. If you have and idea for a particular piece that you would like to have made, with a hand in the creative process of design, contact me and we'll proceed from there. Handmade furniture has a special feel and look. The wood has been handled and worked for many hours, and this is apparent in the finished piece.

Chairs

Shaker style Lamp Table. Tall and elegant, the 14" square top is 30" high. The top is beveled on the underside which enhances the lightness of the piece. Pinned mortise and tenon construction with corner braces.

Bowfront End Table

The graceful curve of the drawer and top offset the sturdy square legs, creating a piece that is masculine, but one which will fit in a variety of decors. The top is 23" wide and 25" deep (measured at the widest point). Height is 25".

Matching 30" x 48" Coffee Table (no drawer) - $700.00

Add a shelf to the end table for $150 or to the coffee table for $200.

Jason's Coffee Table (and his dog Pac)

Size is 30" x 48" x 18" tall

A massive piece in this configuration. The bookmatched top is just under 2" thick and curly grained. Wood of this size and quality is rare. The entire table was made from two walnut boards over 15" wide. Because of the scarcity (and price) of the wood, this table is priced at $1000 plus the cost of the wood.
